Daniel was part of the team that founded Arcus in 2009. Daniel co-led the team that successfully completed the takeover of Brisa in 2012 and the de-listing in 2013 and, as member of the Executive Committee, has been and continues to be involved in the day-to-day management of the Brisa business. Prior to joining Arcus, Daniel was with Babcock & Brown’s European Infrastructure Team in Lisbon. Before Babcock & Brown, Daniel held senior management positions with Credip – Instituição Financeira de Crédito and Caixa Banco de Investimento, where Daniel served as head of project finance, having direct responsibility for the debt and equity structuring of all of the bank’s project finance transactions in Portugal between 2000 and 2008. Daniel started his career with Geral de Depositos in Lisbon. Daniel holds a Management Degree from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (Portugal).

Jack was part of the team that founded Arcus in 2009. Jack has focused on telecoms infrastructure for much of his career, and led the development of Shere from inception in 2004 through to its successful sale in late 2016, serving as a board director throughout. Prior to joining Arcus, Jack was with Babcock & Brown where he held various positions within the European Infrastructure Team, European Real Estate Team and Principal Investments Group in London. Laurence Mulliez

Laurence is an experienced chief executive and non-executive director with over 20 years general management and commercial experience in a range of industries and firms, from large multi-nationals to start-ups. Laurence started her career with Banque Nationale de Paris in 1988 before moving to M&M Mars Inc. in 1992 and then Amoco Chemical Inc. in 1993, which was acquired by BP p.l.c. in 1998. She spent a further 11 years at BP in a variety of roles including Chief Executive of Castrol Industrial Lubricants and Services. Following BP, Laurence became Chief Executive of independent power producer Eoxis UK Limited from 2010 to 2013. Biography

Toby was part of the team that founded Arcus in 2009. As General Counsel, Toby has oversight of all legal matters within Arcus and is particularly adept in assisting the team in pursuing and unlocking complex transactions. Prior to joining Arcus, Toby was Head of Legal for Babcock & Brown’s European Infrastructure Team in London. Prior to joining Babcock & Brown, Toby was a Senior Counsel at Amey plc, and before that was an Associate Solicitor at Herbert Smith and, previously at Wragge & Co where he qualified as a Solicitor in 1999. Toby holds a BA (Hons, history and politics) from Keele University (UK).  He then undertook a law conversion course and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester (UK). Toby is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Jake joined Arcus as an Investment Executive in 2017. Prior to joining Arcus, Jake held positions in the Project Finance and Foreign Exchange Sales teams at Barclays Bank, and in the Natural Resources team at JP Morgan Chase in London. Jake holds a BEcon from the University of Nottingham (UK).
