Following the announcement of Graham Marr’s retirement at the end of June 2016, Arcus Infrastructure Partners is pleased to announce the election of Simon Gray and Ian Harding as Co‐Managing Partners, effective immediately.
Both Ian and Simon have worked together at Arcus Infrastructure Partners since its creation in 2009, and prior to that at Babcock & Brown. Ian has been a member of Arcus’ Investment Committee since 2009 as well as having been on its Management Committee and the Board of Euroports. Simon has also been a member of the Investment and Management Committees since 2009 and for the past three years has also been Co‐Managing Partner of Arcus. Simon also sits on the Board of Forth Ports.
Ian will also take over the AEIF1 Fund Supervisory Board (FSB) seat from Graham Marr at the end of April. The FSB will continue to have 5 members, with the 3 independent members being Sir Brian Ivory, Rachel Lomax and Robert Parker. On behalf of Arcus, we would like to take this opportunity to thank Graham for his enormous contribution to the Arcus business since its formation and especially for his leadership over the last 3 years as Co‐Managing Partner. Despite his retirement, Graham has agreed to remain as an Arcus appointed member of the Boards of both Brisa and Forth Ports to provide continued support to the development of those investments.
